The couple watched their lifelong passion destroyed. However, although devastated, they received help from their neighbors and customers, giving them hope. The Hahns’ Heritage Acres Farm was a 56-acre family complex and lifestyle. Most of Hahn’s neighbors have horses, some as show and some as pets. This is why the stable fire became a shared fear and was a shared grief, turning into a shared clean-up. "Our neighbors have been wonderful," Betty said. "We can’t say enough."
